There is an issue with searching the Artefact Archive database on a Mac using Safari. At present there is only a work around rather than a solution.
You will need to disable the "Prevent cross-site tracking" from the Safari settings - Preferences / Privacy. For more details see: https://support.apple.com/en-ph/guide/safari/sfri40732/mac
